Feel Good About Your Empty Nest!

September is upon us and with it comes a familiar feeling of loss as children return to school after the holidays.  Those days of staying up late and getting up when you want are coming to an end and routine beckons.

For some of you this will be felt more keenly because your child is going to school for the very first time and the cosy comfort of being home together is starting to unravel leading to feelings of anxiety.

And for others who by now are used to the change that September brings this year is different.  It marks the end of full-time parenthood as your adult child goes beyond the school gates and heads for university.

Trying to smile whilst feeling sad is difficult, but is possible if you turn your thoughts and feelings around.

Much of your angst around having an ‘empty nest’ will revolve around your thoughts and feelings.  In this first video I explain how you can turn your thoughts around…and just to let you know these videos were recorded live in on my Facebook page…

Now we will look at the feelings you have about your empty nest.  It may not feel like it but you do have a choice over the way you feel…

My internet connection walked out the door lol…so here is part 2…

Next I talk about how to change your self-belief so that you can start to see beyond your empty nest…

And finally your empty nest and finding your opportunities for the next part of your life…

I have created a free e-book with all of the information contained in these videos which you can download and read at your leisure here.  You will not be asked for your email address, the link goes straight to Dropbox for you to download.

I do, however, have one request and that is, if you found this information useful please go to my Facebook page and leave a message.  It would mean so much to me to know that I have helped you!
