Making Great Everyday Decisions

Can you really choose to have a good day by making great everyday decisions…I mean REALLY choose?

Well the simple answer to that is Yes…of course you can! You can definitely choose to have a good day by making great everyday decisions.

Coach Barbag talks about making great everyday decisions in this video…it’s only 2 minutes and 34 seconds long so real quick!

She suggests that in order to make great everyday decisions you ask yourself these questions when making a choice in your everyday life:

1.Will my body thank me or immediately hate me for making this decision?

OR…is this safe to do?

2. What are the short-term and the long-term consequences of this decision?

OR…who else and what else might it affect and for how long?

3.Is this decision in line with who I want to be?

OR…does it make me feel good?

These are all great questions that will enable you to make great everyday decisions.

BUT WHAT IF YOU TEND TO ACT BEFORE YOU THINK?

I’ve watched a ton of YouTube videos to make this is really quick for you and this one is great…and only 1 minute 42 seconds!

So helping you to make great everyday decisions here is the word THINK.  This is great in itself because it will stop you in your tracks before you make a bad decision!

.T…is what I am about to say true?

H …is it helpful?

I…is it inspiring?

N…is it necessary?

K…is it kind?

So it’s definitely possible to choose to have a good day by making great everyday decisions…you just have to decide to do it and find a system that works for you!

Like many things in life, making great everyday decisions is not rocket science.  It just requires a certain amount of thought and a desire to make your life better.  Ultimately it will boil down to how much pain your decision making is causing you right now as to whether you take what you have learned today and put it into action.
